State's Ban on Non-Compete Clauses Struck By 9th Circuit

SAN JOSE - In a significant blow to the rights of workers to switch jobs without limitation, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals made it easier Wednesday for an out-of-state company to sue three former employees for joining a California company even though its action violates state public policy.
