Jurist Finds Support, Camaraderie

SAN BERNARDINO - One of Judge W. Robert Fawke's most heart-wrenching cases involved an 8-year-old girl who died after a stray bullet shot by a gang member pierced her skull as she sat in her living room, watching television and coloring in a book.
