'Hard-Nosed' Litigator Founded Paul Hastings

LOS ANGELES - Lee G. Paul, the last surviving name partner at Los Angeles' Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, has died at 94. The firm said that Paul died of natural causes on Saturday at his home in Laguna Beach. Colleagues described him as an energetic, colorful person who played a key role in expanding the organization into one of Los Angeles' largest full-service law firms.
