LAKE ELSINORE - Two years ago, Michael DiMeglio found his stepfather dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. His stepfather, 66-year-old Ronald King, had outlined his last request - that he be cremated - in a note DiMeglio found in King's Murrieta home.
