A New Stadium Will Adorn Dominguez Hills
On behalf of the California State University Board of Trustees, Hallem negotiated a $125 million lease of undeveloped land on the California State University, Dominguez Hills, campus by Anschutz Entertainment Group Inc. The university leased approximately 90 acres to Anschutz, which will develop a sports complex, including a stadium, on the campus and renovate the existing athletic fields.
