Women's Commission Lauds Pair of Female Judges in L.A.
LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles County Commission for Women has named two Los Angeles Superior Court judges Women of the Year. The commission honored Judges Teresa Sanchez-Gordon and Deborah B. Andrews at its 17th annual Women of the Year awards luncheon on March 11 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. They are two of 11 women in media, law, business, education and health cited this year for their advocacy for women's equality.
