Lawyer Movies Portray Same Old Story Lines
Dicta Column - By Donald E. Griffith - Many lawyers, myself included, love movies about lawyers. Unfortunately, however, most law movies seem to play out the same old tired clichs. It's either the same old Perry Masonesque, last-minute-witness-stand-"I-did-it" movie or the this-is-really-an-action/thriller-film-involving-a-lawyer-in-over-his-head-but-disguised-as-a-law-movie movie.
