New Reprieve For Dog as Judge Grants Interim Order

SAN FRANCISCO - Hera, one of the dogs involved in the fatal Jan. 26 mauling of Pacific Heights resident Diane Whipple, may be examined by defense experts outside her cage at local animal control facilities if a San Francisco judge grants a defense motion scheduled to be heard later this month.
