Prosecutor May Be Immune for Jailing

SAN JOSE - A Santa Clara County judge indicated Thursday she would probably dismiss a civil false imprisonment complaint against a former county prosecutor who allegedly had a witness jailed to coerce her husband to plead guilty to domestic violence.
