Ethics Panel Will Review Arbitrators

SAN FRANCISCO - A panel of legal experts has been named to review ethical standards for contractual arbitrators in California. The move came in response to a new law requiring private arbitrators to comply with the same ethical standards as court-appointed arbitrators.
