Anti-Abortion Protesters' Speech Protected
SAN FRANCISCO - Olympic Community College, in Bremerton, Wash., violated the free speech and free exercise of religion rights of anti-abortion protester Benjamin K. Orin in 1997 by limiting the content of his protest to nonreligious discussion, a federal appeals panel has ruled.
