Top Candidates For SF City Attorney Face Another Round

SAN FRANCISCO - When they do it again next month, Jim Lazarus will once again be the favorite. Lazarus won the most votes in Tuesday's election for San Francisco city attorney but failed to take a majority. He will face Dennis Herrera in a run-off Dec. 11.
