Conexant Spinco Inc. has filed for an initial public offering valued at $100 million. Newport Beach's Conexant Spinco is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Conexant Systems, which provides semiconductor solutions for communications electronics. The Network Access Division of Conexant Systems, its Internet infrastructure business area, will comprise Conexant Spinco.
