Police-Review Group Selects Interim Chair
RIVERSIDE - The nine members of a new citizen Police Review Commission have selected Bob M. Garcia, a church office manager, as interim chairman.
Garcia, 40, manager for St. Mel Church in Norco, has been a member of the city's Human Relations Commission for the past six years. He served the Law Enforcement Policy Advisory Committee, a subcommittee of the commission.
