Garcetti Runs Up Against De Facto Term Limit for DA

Yet again, a virtual term limit has stopped the bid of a Los Angeles county district attorney to serve a third term. Steve Cooley has ousted incumbent Gil Garcetti in what many saw as an unusually bitter, personal contest.
