Murderer's Parents File Suit to Grant Him Parole

The tearful parents of a Calabasas man whom Gov. Gray Davis refuses to parole despite court rulings calling for his release joined their son's attorney on the steps of the Van Nuys Courthouse Tuesday to announce their petition to overturn Davis' allegedly "illegal and unconstitutional decision."
