Ex-Con Drops Suit Against South Bay DA

SAN JOSE - The ex-convict who sued Santa Clara County District Attorney George Kennedy last year for disclosing his juvenile criminal record in a letter to a juror who voted to acquit him has agreed to drop his complaint, a county attorney said Tuesday.
