Milbank Tweed: VEGAS CASINO OPERATORS TO SWITCH GAMING COMPLEXES

Las Vegas-based casino operators Station Casinos Inc. and Ameristar Casinos Inc. will swap some of their gaming complexes. Station has agreed to sell its Missouri casinos in Kansas City and St. Charles to Ameristar for $475 million in cash. Ameristar, in turn, will sell its Henderson, Nev., casino, The Reserve, to Station for $70 million in cash.
