U.S. Presidency Hinges on Recount

A squadron of more than 100 lawyers and officials from the Al Gore and George W. Bush campaigns, including a former secretary of state from each party's camp, descended on Florida Wednesday to monitor the first statewide recount in a presidential race in the country's history.
