Incumbent Martinez Perseveres for Alhambra Court Seat

Waging one of the most expensive and litigious judicial election wars in Southern California history, incumbent John L. Martinez trounced criminal defense attorney Maria C. Vargas-Rodriguez, with 63 percent of the vote to keep his 19-year seat on the former Alhambra Municipal Court.
