Judge Reverses Conviction of Orange County Official

SANTA ANA - A state appellate court has overturned the conviction of former Orange County Assistant Treasurer Matthew R. Raabe, finding that the district attorney's office failed to give him a fair trial on charges connected to the county's $1.64 billion bankruptcy.
