Former DA Sues Supervisor, Orange County

SANTA ANA - Devallis Rutledge, former chief assistant prosecutor of Orange County, filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the county and his former boss, alleging that he was demoted for coming to the defense of his wife, a onetime deputy district attorney who sued the county in 1998 for sex and race discrimination.
