Conflict Catch

Stuart Eppsteiner of Solana Beach's Eppsteiner & Associates is tired of insurance companies calling the shots. He says that the long-standing industry practice of using company lawyers in court to represent policyholders is, by its nature, the unauthorized practice of law.
