Wilson Sonsini Partner Takes Acquisition in Stride

Parting is such sweet sorrow. Just ask Aaron Alter. The corporate and securities partner at Palo Alto's Wilson Sonsini Goddrich & Rosati just closed a deal for the Silicon Valley Group Inc., which may very well be his last for the San Jose client. Silicon Valley Group was bought by ASM Lithography Holding N.V. of the Netherlands.
