Lee & Associates completes $4.1M sale of McDonald's

"We received multiple market rate offers, but, McDonald's seized the opportunity to exercise their right of first refusal to purchase the property," Al Apuzzo, a broker with Lee & Associates -- North San Diego County, said in a statement.

Lee & Associates announced Tuesday it has completed the $4.1 million sale of a McDonald's property, located in Escondido, to the McDonald's Corp.

The property consists of a 4,180-square-foot building, situated on a 40,075-square-foot lot. It is located on the signalized hard corner of Easy Valley Parkway and North Ash Street, within the core retail business district of downtown Escondido.
