National Security Agency back in the 9th Circuit

PASADENA - A seven-year-old class action against the National Security Agency for unconstitutional spying was, for the second time, before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Wednesday, where the panel heard arguments over the government's motion to dismiss an appeal of the district court's summary judgment ruling.
