National bankruptcy filings lowest since 2007

Experts say steady employment, low oil prices and interest rates main factors in decrease

Bankruptcy filings were down roughly 14 percent in California for fiscal year 2015, a drop that some bankruptcy experts have attributed to sustained low interest rates and an economy ripe for transactions.
