San Luis Obispo Judge Trice faces misconduct charges

A San Luis Obispo Superior Court judge could be removed from the bench for a trio of misconduct charges.

A San Luis Obispo County judge could be removed from the bench after allegedly hiding his Air Force pension from his ex-wife, writing a sharply worded email to an assistant presiding judge and failing to disclose his relationship with a criminal defense attorney.
