Melinda S. Riechert

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP Palo Alto Specialties: arbitration, wrongful termination litigation


Last year, Riechert led a team that prevailed on behalf of Hewlett-Packard Co. following a four-year class action lawsuit.


The plaintiffs asserted claims for unpaid or delayed incentive compensation.


In 2011, Riechert and her team initially won motions for summary judgment in district court. The court determined that the plaintiffs had been paid everything they were owed, she said.
