The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday sided with California-based civil rights lawyers to force Arizona to issue driver's licenses to children who entered the country illegally.
The decision is likely to further inflame the current passionate debate over U.S. benefits for undocumented immigrant children.
