Bar seeks to discipline lawyer for false statements in judicial election

In a rare case, former Yolo Deputy District Attorney Clinton E. Parish faces discipline for an allegedly misleading statement about a judge who was an ex-Schwarzenegger aide.

In an apparent first, the State Bar has filed discipline charges against a former Yolo County deputy district attorney for making false statements last year in an election campaign against a sitting judge.
