Latham helps Intuit sell its financial services arm

Latham & Watkins LLP is representing Westlake Village-based financial software developer Intuit Inc. in the pending sale of its financial services business to private equity firm Thoma Bravo LLC.

PALO ALTO - Latham & Watkins LLP is representing Intuit Inc. in the pending sale of its financial services business to private equity firm Thoma Bravo LLC, one in a number of recent divestitures in the market as companies seek to streamline their offerings.


The deal, announced Monday, is valued at $1.025 billion and expected to close in the next few months.
