Judge rejects Apple bid to add hot-selling Samsung phone to patent case

Apple Inc. has lost a chance to add a smartphone made by bitter rival Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to a lawsuit alleging the South Korean company infringed patents used in its products.

Apple Inc. has lost a chance to add a smartphone made by bitter rival Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to a lawsuit alleging the South Korean company infringed patents used in its products.
