Rambus drops patent case against STMicroelectronics

Sunnyvale-based Rambus Inc. has dropped its patent infringement lawsuit against Swiss semiconductor company STMicroelectronics NV, according to a court filing jointly submitted by the litigants in federal court.

Sunnyvale-based Rambus Inc. has dropped its patent infringement lawsuit against Swiss semiconductor company STMicroelectronics NV, according to a court filing jointly submitted by the litigants in federal court Monday.
