Judge postpones final decision on Toyota settlement

The judge presiding over litigation involving allegations of unintended acceleration in Toyota vehicles said he was inclined to finalize the terms of a $1.6 billion settlement Friday, but ultimately decided because of some complexities to extend the matter by at least one more hearing.
