Former unpaid interns who sued Fox Searchlight Pictures Inc. prevailed in a New York District Court on Tuesday when a judge granted conditional certification to a class of plaintiffs who worked at the company's corporate office, as well as judgment in favor of two plaintiffs who worked on the film "Black Swan."
