The U.S. Senate late Monday confirmed Josephine S. Tucker as the next federal trial judge in the Central District of California.

SANTA ANA - The U.S. Senate late Monday confirmed Josephine S. Tucker as the next federal trial judge in the Central District of California.
Tucker, an Orange County Superior Court judge, will fill the seat opened when Chief U.S. District Judge Alicemarie H. Stotler took senior status in January 2009.
