WASHINGTON - At the Obama administration's urging, the U.S. Supreme Court said Monday it would review whether a class action lawsuit against Chase Bank U.S.A., N.A. should proceed.
The allegations focus on whether the bank issued the necessary notice to customers before increasing credit card interest rates.
