RIVERSIDE - The American Civil Liberties Union sued U.S. immigration officials on behalf of a Muslim man Wednesday, claiming the 50-year-old was unfairly denied citizenship because the agency erroneously pegged him as a member of a group the government said financed terrorist activities.
