S.F. Crime Lab Scandal May Spread To Federal Case
Lawyers for Dennis Cyrus Jr., convicted of murder last year in the Northern District's first capital case since 1948, said Tuesday that additional problems at the San Francisco Police Department's beleaguered crime lab could call Cyrus' federal guilty verdict into doubt.
