Five years after sisters Raechel and Jacqueline Houck's rental car caught fire, then veered head-on into a tractor-trailer, an Alameda jury awarded their parents $15 million in a wrongful death suit. Enterprise Rent-A-Car leased the women a recalled vehicle.
