Investor Group Scoops Up SonicWALL

With the help of California lawyers, a group of investors will purchase San Jose-based SonicWALL Inc. for $717 million pending shareholder approval, the company.

With the help of California lawyers, a group of investors will purchase San Jose-based SonicWALL Inc. for $717 million pending shareholder approval, the company announced last week.

Mountain View-based Fenwick & West lawyers, including corporate partner Richard Dickson and associate Kris Withrow, represented SonicWALL in the transaction.
