Howard Rice Names New CEO and Chairman

San Francisco's Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin rejiggered its management structure this week by naming Douglas Winthrop as its new chairman and tapping Michelle Johnson to be the firm's first CEO.
