Meyers Nave to Lead BART Shooting Investigation

Oakland-based law firm Meyers Nave is leading an internal affairs investigation into the conduct of the officers present at the scene of a controversial shooting last month of an unarmed passenger by a BART police officer.

Oakland-based law firm Meyers Nave is leading an internal affairs investigation into the conduct of the officers present at the scene of a controversial shooting last month of an unarmed passenger by a BART police officer.

BART officials Wednesday announced the selection of Meyers Nave for the investigation. The shooting sparked outrage and violent protests across Oakland.
