Prosecutor Testifies Attorney General Got Donation After Clearing DA

A former deputy district attorney, who says he was demoted for calling Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas a "crook" during the 2002 election, conceded on the stand Tuesday that he thinks former Attorney General Bill Lockyer may be a crook, too.
