SANTA ANA - At a hearing Thursday morning in the federal corruption case involving Mike Carona, Jeffrey M. Rawitz, one of former Orange County sheriff's trial attorneys, asked whether prosecutors would be charging Carona's chief accuser, former Assistant Sheriff Don Haidl, with violating his plea agreement by committing perjury during the trial.
