Heller Can't Buy 'Tail' Insurance

A bankruptcy judge denied Heller Ehrman's request Wednesday to buy "tail" legal malpractice insurance to cover itself against claims going forward, leaving open the question of whether malpractice claims against the firm may one day diminish the estate for other creditors.
