Long-standing Beverly Hills business law firm Ervin, Cohen & Jessup has just taken on the largest acquisition of lawyers in its 56-year history. The 40-attorney firm has acquired 13-lawyer Moldo Davidson Fraioli Seror & Sestanovich, a Century City-based business firm, effective Feb. 1.
