EEOC Settles Sex-Harassment Case Against Caesars Palace
LOS ANGELES - In one of the first cases settled since the Los Angeles branch of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission beefed up its presence in Las Vegas, the agency has secured an $850,000 payment from Caesars Palace to eight employees who accused the casino of retaliating against workers when they complained about sexual harassment in the workplace.
