Employees Dealt Two Legal Blows

Thursday was not so good for California workers, who lost two close questions of employment law at the California Supreme Court on 4-3 votes. In one case, the court held that grocery store managers have no recourse that their bonuses were reduced. In another, the court made it harder for plaintiffs to win disability discrimination claims.
